Begin again

September 9th – I’ll be teaching “Begin again” A beginner’s yoga series at One Love Wellness an intimate, charming, yoga studio on Broad street in Ridgewood NJ. Class is at 6:00pm you should register through mindbodyonline.com just look for One Love Wellness and my 6:00pm class starting 9/11 this is an opportunity to either start practicing yoga for the first time, come back to your mat or strengthen an exsisting yoga practice. Infused with insights, tips and tricks I’ve compiled over the last 50 years practicing yoga.

Serpent Goddess Healing

September 13 – Friday Join myself and Kat Khalani of Serpent Goddess Healing for 2 hours of mystical movement at Warrior Goddess Fitness in Elmwood Park. Enter the temple of the high priestesses on the day of the Goddess Friday the 13th which like everything else has been slandered and erroneously fear provoking instead of a day of worship of the Divine Feminine. There will be belly dance scarves, fans, drums and celebration. This is a different sort of ladies night, celebrating the Goddess within. I’ll start the night out with some sensual stretching next Kat will lead us through some belly dance drills, I’ll drop the aerial from ceiling and teach an all levels, absolute beginner aerial series, then we put it all together and create a laughing, moving, healing, empowering sisterhood of a tribe.
